Intuit for Education- The Story Behind the Solution

"How do we build a platform where educators can easily browse personal finance curriculum and assign it to their classes?" -The foundation had already been laid over 18 months by the previous team. My role was to identify friction, validate opportunities with users, and evolve the experience into something even more intuitive..

Process followed

Our team had developed a deliberate way of preparing for interviews and moderating them. Here's what our process looked like:

A Google document was created by our Project Manager, in order to list research goals, target audience, and a questions guide.

Volunteers were recruited through Intuit's educator Facebook group and booked interview sessions at their convenience.
